Treat yourself to 1 hour of complete relaxation. Bathe is the sounds of the crystal singing bowls and allow yourself to be healed on a deep, cellular level.

Please bring with you a pillow, blanket and water. If you have an eye pillow and/or yoga mat, please feel free to bring those too.
