Cancellation Policies

1:1 Reading and Healing Sessions - 48 hours notice is required of any change or cancellation. If less than 48 hours notice is given there will be a 50% charge of the booked session. In the case of a no show 100% of the session fee will be charged.

(Please note that computer generated reminders are sent our 24 hours before the session. This is not something I can change and are a courtesy and should not be relied upon for remembering your appointment date or time).

Workshops and Energy Exchange Clinic Tickets - Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Courses - 72 hours notice of change or cancellation is required. If notice is given within this time, a refund (minus non-refundable deposit) will be given. Less than 72 hours notice will mean your entire course fee is forfeited.
