Spend an hour dedicated to giving yourself time. Time to relax, time to let go, time to receive healing energy. Let the sound of the crystal healing bowls realign your auric field and chakras. Feel the sound energy heal deep into your body at a cellular level. Then revel in the feeling of calm contentment you are left with at the end of the session.

Please bring a blanket and pillow with you. If you have one, on eyemask/pillow and a yoga mat (although not essential).
