This session combines with power of breathwork with the deep healing of sound. During this 1 hour and 45 min session you will use breathwork to help tone your vegus nerve, enhancing your ability to cope with stress, reduce inflammation within the body and calm fight/flight responses. This is then followed by bathing in the sounds of crytal healing bowls, healing you at a deep celular level, balancing the chakras and cleanseing the auric field.

Theses intimate sessions are tailored to the needs of the group, by connecting with my guides to create a soundscape that is what you need at that particular moment. I will also be gifting a crystal healing pouch to support the work the session, that you can take away with you.
