This all day workshop gives you the opportunity explore sound healing on a very practical level and will allow you to find which instruments you feel an affinity with, to use within your own current practice or as part of your learning towards becoming a sound healer.

I am offering to work with a very small group (4 people) to enable you to learn some of the basic theory behind the healing power of sound and apply that in a very hands-on way. We will be learning how to use a wide range of instruments and how they positively effect the body, mind and Spirit. Finally, with my guidance, you will be using all that you have learned to give and receive sound healing with each other.

All equipment will be provided. Just bring a lunch.
